MEMBERSHIP: THE FUTURE OF CHW TORONTO
Two new Toronto chapters for AVIV women were created in 2008. We welcomed TIKVAH
chapter founded by Lesley Goldstein and friends in the Forest Hill area. This chapter
recently held a wonderfully successful first time fundraiser “Bagels and Bingo”.
Congratulations to this enthusiastic, committed chapter!
Also joining Toronto Centre was YAFAH chapter founded by Leah Seetner, her sister
Heidi and friends in the Bathurst/Lawrence area. Leah and Heidi are the grandchildren
of Ilse Seetner in Toronto. YAFAH chapter wasted no time organizing and manning
a booth at Bazaar! This chapter showed impressive involvement and passion.
Mazel-tov to these new chapters of young, vibrant women. May you have life-long
memories and friendships.
The Membership Committee is working hard behind the scenes to begin new chapters
for all ages throughout Toronto and the 905 area. If your friends or daughters/granddaughters
would like to join a chapter or would like to start a new chapter, please contact
us. Please bring a friend to your next meeting.

How to Join
The cost of a Life Membership is $300 (fully tax receiptable). Annual dues are $36
($29 is tax receiptable). Male Life Associate is $180.00 (fully tax receiptable).
